Relationship

Relationships are integral parts of our daily lives whether it be with our partners, parents, or friends and these relationships can be equally rewarding and challenging at times. However, no matter where you are in your life, your relationships will continue to evolve. These periods of change can sometimes cause emotional distress. 

During a couples session, we are able to help set boundaries, remain impartial, and maintain a balance so that you and your partner feel seen and heard. At Shared Wellness we help couples create a happier and more connected relationship.

Some causes of pivotal changes in relationships:

Couples therapy can help you learn new tools for dealing with your own emotions during a fight. It offers a neutral space to help you navigate through the more difficult topics, talk about some of the trigger issues, and decide the next steps as a team. In counselling you will learn new strategies for communication, and re-build intimacy.
