Online Counselling in BC & Ontario
Carrying too much on your own?
Compassionate, relational therapy for people navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, trauma, fertility, postpartum experiences, and life transitions.
a culturally aware approach
Therapy that makes room for the whole picture
Mental health does not exist separately from the rest of your life. Your relationships, family dynamics, culture, identity, responsibilities, past experiences, and hopes for the future all shape how you move through the world.
At Shared Wellness, our work makes space for the context around your experiences, offering a collaborative space to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and find a way forward that feels true to you.
on the other side of the screen
Jas Lachar and Jagdeep Chahal started Shared Wellness because they wanted therapy to feel easier to step into, especially for people who have not always felt fully understood in traditional therapy spaces.
As South Asian therapists, they know that family, culture, identity, and lived experience can shape what people carry and how they ask for support. Their work creates room to talk about those pieces when they matter, while keeping the focus on you, your goals, and what you need right now.
